Service Description

This Postnatal class is designed to safely support your body as you recover and rebuild after childbirth. With a focus on core restoration, pelvic floor strength, posture and overall mobility, each session helps you regain strength and confidence at a gentle, progressive pace. Suitable for mums that have received medical clearance to excercise. Babies are welcome providing they are safely secured in their baby carrier/car seat throughout the session.
